Lauri Runge

Hi, my name is Lauri Runge and I have loved cars since I was a young girl. I bought my second car at 16 years old. A 1973 Triumph TR6 Bright yellow convertible of course!! I started my career in the car business in 1999 in sales, had no clue what I was doing but I had a supportive sales manager that taught me how to do it RIGHT!! And the first time I did not he threw my paperwork across the sales floor much to my embarrassment. That never happened again! A year later I was promoted to the finance department and the career was off and running. Then a fun year, 2008 hit, and I quit the business and went to work at a local Phoenix golf course as a Cart Gal!! 3 years later I decided I needed to get serious again. I found my dream job, as an auto finance lender representative. I spent the next 10 years getting to know the industry and met lots of great “Independent Car Guys” Then 2020 hit, I decided to get my Realtors license, learning, and growing my real estate business. But I missed the daily interaction I had with dealers. So here I am with Envision growing my business every day.
Bob Jensen
Director of Training and Technical Development
Bob is a 30 year veteran of the automotive business and brings a technical aspect we cherish.
A southern Idaho guy he brings a down home sense of humor that always brings a smile.
Ask him anything muscle car related and I would bet he knows the answer.
An avid restorer of all things hot rod and cars.
His wealth of knowledge is like an encyclopedia.
Paint and his expertise in how Ngenco Paint Protection is sprayed on is his forte now.
Matt Taylor
Vice President of Dealer Development
Matt comes to Envision with a positive mindset that anything is possible through smart work and consistancy.
Matt grew up in a small river town in southern Oregon. Dirt Bikes, salmon fishing and white water rafting were just part of life there. It was an awesome place to grow up.
When he was 15 he was working at the local car wash where he started selling wash packages to customers and created a program of unlimited washes for a monthly fee. (Unheard of at the time)
He was able to work upfront talking to the customers instead of washing the cars by hand. He quickly figured out sales was the better way to go
He spent 18 years in the automotive industry moving from lot attendant all the way through to GM.
His favorite part of the car business has always been finding the profitability where others didn’t see it and developing people to become more than they thought they could be.
As a leader at Envision he can do both on a much larger scale.

Meet Heidi,
The chief encourager and money manager.
Heidi was never a fan of the auto industry in general. Long hours unknown schedules and all the things that go along with that.
However she has come to embrace all the good things the car business can bring. Changing lives is what matters most to her. Being able to help others provide for their families and reach their financial goals.
She holds us all accountable and a great person if you ever want to know how to stick to a budget.
Ryan Nelson
Director of Supply Chain
We are going to be real here.
If it were not for Ryan and his logistical expertise we would not be here.
Who knew shipping and supply chain was so complicated? Not Russ, that is for sure.
Ryan brings a vast knowledge and experience to Envision to be able to handle the distribution of Ngenco products.
He handles everything from software to negotiations with foreign entities. We are blessed to have him a part of the team.
